Rates are per unit, per night for up to 4 guests for the two-bedroom villas, and up to 2 guests for the one-bedroom villa, including:

• All applicable taxes
• Daily maid service

Check in time at 15:00 – Check out time at 11:00
Min. age for check in 12 y.o.
Accepted credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.

Please inform Aregou Villas at least 24 hours in advance of your expected arrival time, so that the manager will meet you at the villas. In case of last-minute notification, it can take up to an hour for the villas manager to arrive at the property.

Please note that there is no possibility to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. 

DEPOSIT POLICY

You will be charged the total cost of your reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date. 

The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon the check in by the owner, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in, the property will charge another credit card on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. 

Photocopies and photographs of credit cards, as well as third party credit cards are not accepted. Electronic credit cards (e-cards, virtual cards) are not allowed.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

• No cancellation fees apply for any cancellations received up to 14 days, prior to the arrival date. 
• Cancellations made less than 14 days up to 1 day prior to the arrival date are charged with 100% fee of the entire cost of the reservation. Cancellations made on the arrival date as well as no-shows or departures earlier than the scheduled departure date are charged with 100% fee of the entire cost of the reservation.
